Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 44db platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, crash games, and all account and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all versions of the 44db platform, including the mobile web version accessible through smartphone browsers on Android and iOS. They apply equally regardless of the device or network connection type used to access the platform. 44db reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify registered users of material changes via the registered mobile number or email address on file.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 44db platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44db operates a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated balances will be voided.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporations, partnerships, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 44db or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. False registration information will result in account termination.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the 44db responsible gaming tools or imposed by 44db following a complaint or investigation.

44db reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of a player's account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 44db platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether detected at registration, during account use, or following a withdrawal request — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 44db uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). 44db will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone call, or any messaging application.
• You must notify 44db support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your 44db account. All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account are your sole responsibility regardless of who placed them.
• You must keep your registered contact information — particularly your mobile number — current and accurate. An inactive or reassigned mobile number used for account verification creates a security risk for which 44db accepts no liability.

Password Standards

44db requires all account passwords to meet minimum security standards. You are encouraged to choose a password that:

• Contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
• Is not shared with any other online service, banking application, or bKash or Nagad account.
• Does not contain your date of birth, name, mobile number, or any other easily guessable personal information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 44db platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 44db does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 44db, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Methods available are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting a deposit from another person, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 44db does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may charge their standard transfer fees on your end. 44db is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 for mobile financial service transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and ৳500 for bank transfers. Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for mobile financial services and up to 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 44db account. 44db reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳10,000.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a wagering requirement if the account balance includes un-wagered bonus funds. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Only real-money funds that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• 44db reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

44db offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, not the real-money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal .
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• 44db reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently amended will be notified of the change.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process, or used in conjunction with any other bonus unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise.

44db may at its sole discretion remove a bonus from an account, cancel pending winnings derived from a bonus, or require a player to re-meet a wagering requirement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a software error, or coordinated play designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 44db platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and the player exercises it within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software error that causes a game round or bet to be voided, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on a voided round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip before the bet is placed. 44db reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns or risk assessment.
• For cricket and sports betting markets, 44db follows standard industry settlement rules. Matches abandoned due to weather, political events, or other causes are settled according to the official competition rules applicable to that event.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. 44db has no ability to influence live casino game outcomes and accepts no liability for the results of live casino games beyond the return of stake in the event of a void round.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44db platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 44db platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's name, or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with 44db support.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share insider information, or coordinate betting activity in a manner that violates fair play standards.
• Using the 44db platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using a 44db account as a conduit for transferring funds between third parties.
• Registering on the 44db platform if you are under the age of 21, currently subject to a self-exclusion order, or otherwise ineligible to use the platform under the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

44db employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 44db reserves the right to close the account, void all pending bets and unsettled wagers, forfeit the full account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

44db reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements in Section 2 and the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested, or provision of forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months. An inactivity fee may be applied to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is charged.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring 44db to freeze, restrict, or close the account.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances, pending bonuses, and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

Responsible Gaming

44db is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be accessed through account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit may not be increased until a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed.
• Session limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out and will not be able to log back in until a specified cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Promotional communications will be suspended for the duration.
• Reality checks: Players may configure periodic reminders that display time elapsed and net win or loss during a session. These reminders are designed to help players stay aware of their gambling activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 44db platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logo, text, software code, game interfaces supplied by third-party providers, and all other materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 44db or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform and its content.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44db platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the platform or its content are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 44db.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44db's liability to any player in connection with the platform and its services is limited as follows:

• 44db is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause.
• 44db is not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures (including internet service providers, mobile network operators, and payment processing partners), natural disasters, or events outside 44db's reasonable control.
• 44db is not liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of unauthorised access to their account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials as required by Section 3 of these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit 44db's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

44db collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the registration and operation of player accounts. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and players' rights in relation to their data are described in full in the 44db Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on the 44db platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting 44db support, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require 44db to retain certain data for a specified period.

Amendments to These Terms

44db reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 44db will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform homepage and, where contact details are available, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address. The amended Terms will take effect seven (7) days after notification for existing players, or immediately for new registrations.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 44db platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and 44db arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 44db's customer support channel. Players may contact support at [email protected] to initiate a formal complaint. 44db will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

44db operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 44db platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 44db makes no representation that the platform is legal to access in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online betting may be restricted.
